**Role & Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day activities of the Trade & Cash Operations team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of trades and cash transactions. Resolve discrepancies timely and addressing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute the settlement of cash/CPF/SRS transactions, including payments and fund transfers, in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of settlement activities. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain ongoing funds data and documents on platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage growth and process improvement projects related to trade and cash operations by developing project plans, setting deadlines, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting on progress to leadership.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement enhancements that increase efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Risk Management - Identify potential risks and develop or adjust plans as needed, implementing risk management strategies in partnership with the Head of Operations.
- Analyze data and performance metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and engagement. This involves identifying trends and patterns, and developing strategies to improve performance over time.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor degree, 2-4 years working experience in banking helpful but not a must
- Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of fintech or financial service spaces.
- Strong emphasis on being organized, adaptable and having great attention to detail. You will face new challenges on a daily basis, and we want to hire someone who has the intellect and drive to work through and adapt to changes.
