**About the job**

In your role as Marketing Assistant, you will support the Marketing Manager and PR and Digital Specialist, with key responsibilities concerning in Digital Marketing: create and maintain a favorable public image for the Shopping Centre by communicating activities, accomplishments and / or points of view; as well as to plan, develop, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for the Shopping Centre. Loyalty and CRM: manage all operations and documentation of the implementation of loyalty programmes. It is also required for the incumbent to also develop tenant relations to contribute traffic growth by upholding the vision of Ikano Retail - To create a better everyday life for the many people.

**Job description**
Digital Marketing
- Work closely with the marketing team and be responsible for digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing social media channels and the editorial calendar to ensure that content is timely, relevant and engaging
- Implement digital strategies and optimize digital campaigns across all digital platforms and social media channels to improve brand positioning.
- Conceptualization and creation of visual graphics and videos intended for publication on social media and offline while adhering to brands’ branding guidelines.
- Responsible in handling digital and online communications, execute online and social media campaigns as well as the production of EDM from conception, collation, content writing to result efficiency.
- Plan, implement, manage, monitor and ensure the brand website is up to date.

CRM and Loyalty Management
- Manage all documentation and operations of the loyalty programmes.
- Assist on marketing collaterals which are related to the loyalty program.
- Ensure POSM delivery to all tenant outlets and ensure outlets receive on time and display correctly.
- Liaise and coordinate with all participants and the service provider for the implementation of the CRM system.
- To recruit merchants and members to participate in the loyalty programme.
- Create push notifications, EDM and other relevant content as part of wider marketing campaigns
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of redemption gifts with on-time forecasting and proper tracking processes

Miscellaneous
- Responsible for the administrative and corporate records of the department.
- Prepare and manage internal communication among co-workers.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the manager or any other persons designated by the Company which includes all Marketing, Promotions, Events and Activities.
- Work with marketing co-workers and graphic communicator to create strong digital marketing campaigns.

**Qualification**
- At least Diploma Holder on relevant courses that related to administrative course, i.e. office management etc. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good and timely in compiling data, creating reports and case analysis.
- Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and a great communicator.
- Able to analyse data and translate results into execution strategy.
- Experience in working with Shopping Centre would be an added advantage.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an added advantage.
