Management Trainee (MT) works under the supervision of head of departments in the Company. MT’s goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers. You may rotate to different company departments to learn all company functions, policies, staff duties and contribute to strategic planning.

**Responsibilities**
- Support managers in policy making, goal setting and other strategic planning.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, other learning opportunities.
- Assist in data analyzation, management report and presentation preparation.
- Research on process improvement or other assignment needed by department.
- Completing assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Partake in cross-departmental project assigned.
- Contribute new ideas on overall improvement of the company and department.

**Requirements**:

- An all-rounder, active in co-curricular activities and has held leadership position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful and has strong analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team player.
- Ready for challenge and result oriented.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM1.00 - RM1.10 per month
