**We are looking Smoking Cessation, Operation Manager for our client from Hong Kong, Xerbal Group.**

**Xerbal Group established in Canada in 2016. At Xerbal, we leverage patented, all-natural products combined with cutting-edge Ai tech clinics for ESG smoking cessation corporations. Currently, we're in the process of expanding our operations to the Malaysian market.**
- Able to manage a team and develop and train team members.
- Develops and monitors program policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations related to smoking cessation
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting work demands and strict deadlines.
- Able to use own initiative to make informed judgements with limited supervision and guidance.
- Building strong relationships with diverse groups, able to gain trust and cooperation with a range of potential partners and clients in order to motivate and influence lifestyle changes.
- The ability to produce written reports, including clear communication of performance data to influence decision making.
- The ability to convey clear messages to clients through excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in electronic record keeping.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Healthcare, Clinical, Psychology, or others equivalent.
- Experience working in smoking cessation or dealing with smoking cessation program
- Interest in smoking cessation, behaviour change, health improvement or and/or healthcare and a commitment towards health improvement.
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of health and safety organisationally and for specific health programmes.
- Experience of using information management systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of health care systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
