We are seeking **dedicated and responsible Haulage Assistants** to join our team for both **morning and night shifts**. You will play a key role in coordinating cargo movement, supporting drivers, updating systems, and ensuring operational efficiency in our haulage and transport department.

**Key Responsibilities**

**For Morning Shift**:

- Coordinate cargo move bookings.
- Follow up with haulage & transport drivers.
- Communicate with drivers and forwarding agents.
- Print and issue ROT.
- Update delivery tracking in Asolute system (on-time delivery).
- Monitor last-day delivery and closing schedules closely.
- Verify VGM & SOLAS information.
- Schedule vehicle repairs (coordinate with M&R team).
- Monitor Touch 'n Go usage.
- Ensure accurate and chronological data entry in Asolute (staging, shunting, etc.).
- Submit records to Operations Manager for approval.
- Report any driver-reported issues from checklist.
- Receive and verify spare part and labor invoices.
- Expedite billing process.
- Issue final ROT documents.

**For Night Shift**:

- Update driver performance reports in Google Drive.
- Book cargo moves and follow up with drivers.
- Communicate with drivers and forwarding agents.
- Track deliveries and closing times.
- Maintain VGM & SOLAS records.
- Record diesel usage in Google Drive.
- Key in repair list, tyre records, and retread data.
- Coordinate repairs with M&R team.
- Monitor Touch 'n Go usage (Google Drive).
- Ensure data accuracy and chronology in Asolute system.
- Expedite the billing process.

**General Responsibilities**
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
- Produce ad hoc reports or assignments when required.
- Support the team with operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma is a plus.
- 1 year of experience in haulage/transportation is preferred.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiar with Asolute system, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shift basis (Morning/Night).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
