To supervise and monitoring of all Haulage's movement
- Assists to create and prepare ROT based on customers requirement
- Prepare for haulage planning, confirming client’s orders,

checking trucks GPS and driver’s locations.
- Ensure to monitor driver’s movement on daily basis.
- Updating clients with ETA (estimated time of arrival) for both

collection point and delivery point.
- Collecting the complete POD (Proof of Deliveries / Deliveries

Orders) from drivers on the next working day upon the

delivery’s completion, recording POD with discrepancies caused

by drivers
- Communicate and updating to customer on the delivery and

collection information and status.
- Ensure to daily update driver’s works tickets (CP System)
- Monitor on Truck fuel on daily basis
- Provide administrative support as when required.
- Any direct instructions from superior or management from time to time.
- Perform ad-hoc task as and when required

**Requirements**:
**IMPORTANT NOTE: prefer ONLY MALE** **CANDIDATE**
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required in Executive up to level from the previous or current position
- Proficient in MS Office and office equipment
- Good & Strong organizational skills to cope well with daily stresses
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah (Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah)
- Must have own transport
- Must be able to work in Pulau Indah

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
