Full Job Description
- To provide IT solution to meet the business need that aligned to company strategic business objective.
- Responsible for the existing infrastructure, network services, security audits, equipment master list and standard operational procedures.
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
- Check computer hardware (mouses, keyboards, etc) to ensure functionality
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- To troubleshoot and support end users on PC, printers and other peripherals for both software and hardware.
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
- Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.
- Lay network cables and ensure that they are in good working order.
- Document all processes in reference manuals for the purpose of guidance and training.
- Assist in hardware and software inventory management.
- Handle IT related documentation and make sure all IT supplies are available
- Any other ad-hoc task may assigned by direct superior from time to time.

**Salary**: From RM2,300.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

COVID-19 considerations:
All customer are required to wear a mask, curbside pick up available common surface are sanitised regularly, vaccination requirements, etc

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Bintang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
