**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, documentation, etc.)
- Manage office supplies and inventory; reorder as necessary
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and internal communications
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support HR with administrative tasks such as onboarding paperwork
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin
- We welcome **fresh graduates**, especially those with relevant **internship experience**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
