We are looking for an Intern - Expert sales who will be able to:
- Understand what marketing in the fast-moving consumer health area is like and experience the day-to-day operations in marketing and running of the business.
- Materialize implementation of business strategies on paper into a real competitive market by being part of content and communications development in materials and activities.
- Develop business acumen skill sets through understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.
Office Location: Haleon Ulu Kelang, Selangor
Title of Hiring Manager: Malaysia Singapore Brunei Expert Sales Lead
Period of Internship Required: 3-6 months
Preferred School/Course of Intern: Open to all disciplines but marketing and sales is preferred.
You will be required to:
- To support Expert Sales priorities and goals by ensuring achievement of share of DHCP recommendation, sample forecasting and distribution, cycle call objectives & customer service benchmark.- Ensure execution of sales force effectiveness in assigned territory using VEEVA.- Maintain professional relationship with dental associations, dental schools, ministry of health & KOLs.- Build and maintain good rapport with both administrative and clinical staffs within the dental clinics.- Provide updates on competitor activity and promotion.- Ensure educational materials, product samples are effectively managed, utilized & accounted for.- Regular reporting of team activities to line manager including the preparation of detailing/ sales and events reports.- To plan, organize and conduct lunch & learn sessions to dental nurses & group practices.- Manage programs and seek opportunities to provide talks to dental students at Dental Schools and government dental hospitals/clinics.- To manage and participate in relevant dental conventions/ congresses when required.
Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone with the following:_
- Educational background - studying Marketing or Business Administration related degree (undergraduates with one year remaining to graduation when starting role).
- Proficient in use of Microsoft office (excel, power point) and software/systems.
