an Admin, your responsibilities include:

- **Stock Management**: Checking and monitoring stock levels
- **Data Entry**: Keying in stock received from suppliers into the **AutoCount** accounting system
- **Technical Support**: Preparing stock and materials needed by the technical team for setting and checking equipment
- **Customer Service**: Assisting with walk-in or call-in customer inquiries
- **Sales Support**: Assisting the sales team with preparing **quotations** for customers
- **Warranty Follow-up**: Managing and following up on warranty issues, such as handling stock returns from customers to suppliers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
