**Service Technician (Lubrication Systems)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-house and site services such as serves customers by installing, repairing and servicing systems and products.
- Analysing work orders and planning daily, weekly and monthly travel schedule.
- Tie workflow to schedule, manage all on site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks as well as follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Establishes service by studying system requirements and gathering the necessary components and parts for completing the installation and performing acceptance tests.
- Completing timely and detailed service reports for installation and repairing works.
- Carry out periodic inspection and repair of system and equipment.
- Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when assigned by Superior.

**Requirements**:

- Possess certificate or diploma in engineering with basic mechanical, industrial or electrical repairs knowledge or equivalent.
- Bahasa Malaysia or English literacy. Able to speak and write simple English for reporting purpose.
- Proven field service experience or knowledgeable in technical support works will be added advantage.
- Ability to work shifts and willing to travel outstation are required.
- Interpersonal skills, result driven, positive working attitude, self-motivated.
