**We’re Hiring: Cafe Manager**

We are looking for a passionate, hands-on **Cafe Supervisor**to lead our team and create an excellent experience for our guests every day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily cafe operations, including service flow and product quality
- Lead, train, and motivate the team
- Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Manage inventory, staff schedules, and cost control
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback effectively

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, or 1 years in cafe management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for food, coffee, and customer experience
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
