Job Responsibilities:

- **Responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes**:

- Processing of incoming requests for service in a timely and efficient manner. Taking ownership in all actions required to resolve the customers queries including liaising and driving results with other teams until full request criteria is satisfied.
- The Existing Business Customer Service Consultants provide information, and process requests from different customer channels. To take all practicable steps to see beyond the service request and ensure you understand the full needs of your customer and delivering to these, if unsure you must seek the assistance of your Assistant Manager.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements
- Process all Life change requests received as per stipulated requirements
- Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded.
- Attend & get certified for development plans identified to up skill and for personal development as per the planned timeline.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
- Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded.
- Ensure all task and activities are recorded in AOM accurately and promptly.

Job Requirements:

- possess Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply.
- Preferred who able to start immediately.
- **Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.**:

- **Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.**:

- **Must be willing to work from 5.30am - 2.30pm to support Australia market. (With Shift Allowance)**

Our client is a well-known MNC, provided benefits as below:

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift
- Fixed shift

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
