HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
- Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
- Ensuring compliance with employment and labor law.
Requirement:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Efficient time management skills.
Well developed problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related business tools
The ability to build positive relationship with employees
The ability to maintain confidentially when handling employee data
At least 1 year of experience
Prior administrative experience is an advantage
Bachelor degree or an associate in Human Resources management or other related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
