HR Executives (HR, Payroll & Foreign Workers) Serdang/Cheras/Kajang/Semenyih
**1.0 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the primary purpose and function of this job)**
1.1 To handle the full HR functions which include recruitment, employee compensation and benefit, employee relations and engagement, training and development, performance management and other related functions
**2.0 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (The job tasks expected to be performed up to date by employee)**
2.1 To ensure daily operations in HR department is carried out in smooth and effective manner.
2.2 To monitor and employees' attendnace, leave, medical and training records.
2.3 Handle monthly payroll, calculations of claims and overtime claims accurately and timely.
2.4 Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action.
2.5To liaise with relevant government agencies and departments pertaining to the HR and statutory compliance.
2.6 To prepare and monitor HR administration work such as preparation of letter, new hires / resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, transfer, promotion and contract renewal.
2.7 Coordinating and organizing company events and meetings.
2.8 Support in on-boarding matters and helps to coordinate exits interviews.
2.9 Manage job portals and review applicants at initial screening stages.
2.10 Coordinate interview sessions and conduct interview with hiring manager.
2.11 Responsible to manage internal and external training activities.
2.12 To ensure the work permits and employment passes for foreign workers and expatriates are renewed on time.
2.13 To report to the superior on any matters related to HR Operations.
2.14 To ensure HR related reports are submitted on the timely basis.
2.15 Work closely with Chief Clerk/Assistant Mill Manager/ HR Assistant on company hostel management and canteen tendering.
2.16 To perform any tasks or assignments given by superior from time to time.
**3.0 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE GENERALLY REQUIRED**
3.1 Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
3.2 At least 2 years of work experiences in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
3.3 Have good knowledge and experience in local Malaysia Labour Law and Industrial Law.
3.4 Familiar with Foreign Workers and Expatriates Permit Application.
3.5 Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
