**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Branch Supervisor / Area Supervisor in the supervision of the operations of the assigned branch.
- Assist supervisor with the planning and managing of on-the-job training for new staff.
- Assist supervisor with the preparation of staff duty roster and monitor staff attendance.
- Promote and monitor the effectiveness of all promotions and marketing efforts.
- Motivate and lead all subordinates to achieve all retail KPIs
- Assist supervisor with the coordination of transportation requirements with the veterinarian, driver and customer.
- Assist supervisor for pet grooming & boarding arrangement.
- Stock monitoring.
- Assist supervisor to attend to customer complaints regarding services or staff attitudes.
- Enforce Company guidelines to ensure pets’ safety and healthy at all times during grooming, boarding, transportation and in the premise.
- Maintenance of outlet
- In the absence of the supervisor, act as branch representative to ensure operational problems, including problems faced by staff or customer, are communicated to the manager.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary
**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Fresh graduates will be considered
- Effective communication skill
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work in a pet store environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
