5. To supervise and monitor employee’s daily movement

6. To ensure all fleet cars in stock are in tip top condition at all times

7. To keep track off the vehicle movements and update the management accordingly

8. To notify HQ whenever fleet cars require Service & Maintenance or Body & Paint job & etc

9. To perform all customers enquiry, walk in, phone, Sixt online booking

10. To prepare quotations, Rental Agreement, Invoice for customers

11. To prepare daily /weekly rental and revenue report to superior

12. Responsible for keeping accurate and detail petty cash/ petrol indent account and submit to superior on weekly/monthly basis.

13. To work closely with tour and travel agents with a view of increase of rentals and revenue To continuously in know of competitors promotions, activities and price structures and notify management which may impact our performance

14. To extend team work and work closely with all colleagues in all departments at HQ and branches

15. To serve all customers professionally with a view of Best Customers Satisfaction.

16. Collection and prompt payment from the customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
