Production Executive

- Self-Learning
- To adhere to existing working practice, method, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.
- Safety - To promote and lead safe work procedure, clean workplace and safe practices, where safety regulation, rules are adhered to with the necessary PPE issued to prevent unforeseen accident.
- 5S-Promote and lead the 5S culture within and other department section, measure results, guide team members on the importance of workplace organisation and cleanliness.
- Production Planning & Production Efficiently
- a) To implement the production planning given including raw material intake, grinding, batching, pelleting, packing and bulk loading process with high accuracy and efficiency.

b) To work in team with other colleagues to perform the production smoothly and efficiently to fulfill the production planning.

c) To verify and ensure all the required sampling, recording, reporting, and filing as per HACCP requirement.

d) To set and track daily production achievement, downtime, and plant related KPIs in order to control the require output.

e) To lead and coordinate with other colleagues to perform the production smoothly and efficiently when there are unpredictable changes in the production planning
- Manpower Planning
- a) To plan and establish work schedules, assignment, and production sequences to meet production goals.

b) To manage all staff and worker function within and other department section to ensure sufficient staffing that are qualified for the job.
- Machine Maintenance
- a) To inspect materials, products or equipment and closely monitoring the maintenance and repairs performed by the engineering department.

b) To implement in house maintenance (Autonomous Maintenance) and housekeeping plan given.

c) To plan, schedule and acquire the necessary resources to perform preventive, predictive & planned shutdown maintenance are carried out within the allowable resources and time limit.

d) To responsible for keeping the manufacturing facilities (machine) in good working conditions to prevent unforeseen downtime.

e) To monitor and keep record on the important spare part of machine such as hammermill and pellet mill, ensure the parts are available at any time.
- Inventory Control
- To execute the variance control of usage for ingredients and materials in manufacturing process. (Target VS Actual)
- To carry out daily reconciliation and perform root cause analysis with preventive action towards ingredients and materials out of acceptable variance.
- To participate in carry out monthly and annual stock takes.
- To support inventory personal to analyze for any inventory variance during cut off.
- Production Improvement:
- a) To recommend or implement measures to motivate other staff and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.

b) To identify production problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

c) To initiate the continuous improvement team to investigate process improvement and growth.

d) To align with new company changes and ensure subordinates are informed and follow through with the changes

e) To have daily Gemba walk and report out any potential risks on production process (Quality, Speed, Cost)
- Teamwork
- To lead and work with other supervisor/staff to coordinate operations and activities within or between department to meet production planning, product quality, unplan breakdown and inventory accuracy.
- To work with external stakeholders to coordinate operations and activities within or between department to meet production planning, product quality, unplan breakdown and inventory accuracy.
- HACCP
- Compliance-To execute milling operation for quality production in comply with the available SOPs specification for the operations and activities in the mill.
- SOP - To review and improve the existing SOP as and when needed.
- Company Regulation Compliance -To comply with all regulations of Company.
- Coaching-To carry out on the job training for other staffs as when assigned.
- Additional Task -To carry out any other work or assume any other responsibility
