Photographer/videographer

We are looking for a Photographyer/Videographer. As a Photographer/Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content to support our digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce compelling photos and videos that engage audiences, enhance brand identity, and drive results for our clients in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries. This role requires a creative eye, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to deliver outstanding visual assets. This is a full-time, in-person role. You will report directly to our Digital Marketing Manager.
- **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Conceptualize and plan photo and video shoots to align with the creative vision and objectives of digital marketing campaigns.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that showcase products, services, and brand stories in a visually appealing and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and mood boards for photo and video projects.
- Ensure proper lighting, composition, and framing to achieve desired visual aesthetics and convey brand messaging effectively.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software tools to enhance quality, clarity, and consistency.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, including photo and video files, to ensure accessibility and organization for future use.
- Coordinate with clients, talent, and production crews as needed to execute photo and video shoots on location or in studio settings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in photography and videography, and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
- Uphold brand standards and guidelines in all visual content produced, ensuring consistency and alignment with client brand identities.
- **WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**_
- At least 3-5 years' experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in capturing and producing high-quality visual content.
- Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of photography and videography principles, techniques, and best practices, including composition, lighting, color theory, and storytelling.
- Excellent editing and post-production skills, with the ability to enhance and retouch photos and videos to achieve desired outcomes.
- Creativity and innovation, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling ideas that align with client objectives and brand identities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to bring creative visions to life.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry and adjust to changing project requirements and client needs.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
