Job Summary:
Popination is looking for a skilled and creative Photographer cum Videographer to oversee all photography and videography needs. This includes capturing and editing content for e-commerce, marketing, and corporate use, while maintaining a consistent and high-quality visual style. The role also involves serving as a personal photographer for company representatives during events and key engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Photography & Videography:

- Plan and execute product photography sessions for e-commerce listings, ensuring clear and visually appealing images that showcase products effectively.
- Create product videos for e-commerce platforms, focusing on detailed features, demonstrations, and aesthetics.

2. Content Creation for Marketing & Branding:

- Develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Capture lifestyle photos and behind-the-scenes videos for brand and marketing initiatives.
- Produce engaging short-form videos optimized for Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

3. Personal Photography:

- Serve as the personal photographer/videographer for company representatives during events, meetings, and official engagements.
- Capture candid and professional images to document milestones and brand representation.

4. Editing & Post-Production:

- Perform detailed editing for photos and videos, including color grading, retouching, sound design, and motion graphics when required.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s visual standards and branding guidelines.

5. Equipment & Asset Management:

- Manage and maintain all photography and videography equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Organize, archive, and manage a library of digital assets for easy future access.

6. Trend Research & Creative Innovation:

- Stay updated on the latest photography, videography, and e-commerce trends.
- Introduce innovative techniques and creative ideas to enhance content quality and audience engagement.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to deliver visually impactful materials for campaigns.
- Provide creative input for branding initiatives and advertising strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in product photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce work.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Expertise in lighting, composition, and post-production techniques tailored to e-commerce and branding needs.
- Creative mindset with the ability to deliver visually compelling content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and attend events as a personal photographer when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee or Lazada.
- Familiarity with social media trends and content optimization for different platforms.
