**Job Brief**
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand management and eCommerce growth? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our eCommerce initiatives across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other local marketplaces. You will play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategies, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop & Execute eCommerce Growth Strategies - Drive sales and profitability by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across multiple eCommerce platforms.
- Collaborate Across Departments - Work closely with the Head of Commercial, Country Manager, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Studios, and Operations) to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
- Market & Data Analysis - Monitor and analyze eCommerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the Commercial Team - Guide and empower the commercial team to execute eCommerce strategies effectively and meet performance targets.
- Performance & Reporting - Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other critical data to senior stakeholders.
- Profitability Optimization - Continuously assess and improve brand profitability by implementing data-driven strategies.
- Enhance eCommerce Operations - Streamline processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in online brand management.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - Keep up with the latest developments in Beauty, FMCG, and Consumer Healthcare to ensure our brand remains competitive.
- Additional Responsibilities - Take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Brand Manager, with hands-on eCommerce experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer Healthcare industries.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong account management skills, focusing on strategy, operations, and execution.
- Excellent communication skills - articulate ideas clearly in both verbal and written form.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Commercial acumen, with a track record of successfully managing brand profitability.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Proactive, data-driven mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement in eCommerce performance.
