We are an EduTech startup company looking for our Admin and Account Hero to help us with our account, documentation, payments, booking and etc. With you helping us to manage our resources only then can we focus on helping the children to achieve their talents and goals. - Prepare the accounts, targets and budgets.
- Prepare and post receipts, invoices, employee claims and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
- Aligning with customers for payments.
- Make sure records and documents are updated.
- Maintain employees payroll.
- Take clear messages and communicate effectively with customers, clients, team members, and management.
- Manage schedules for appointments and deadlines.
- Maintaining employees timetable.

**What we are looking for**:

- Able to speak mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Deadline, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Can work well individually and in a team.
- Desire to contribute and positively impact society.
