To implement & update department Procedure, Work Instruction, Rules & Regulations & control documentation.
- To always aware of prevention & cost down by continual improvement.
- Assist HOD in project tendering works inclusive of preparing Bill of Quantity (BQ), quotation, cost estimation, compiling materials for submission and tender interview / negotiation.
- Responsible for managing tasks according to submission within deadlines.
- To update & maintain document of approved subcontractors and monitoring performance on price, and others relevant document.
- Prepare Purchase Order / Contract Documents to subcontractor.
- Filling and update the Contract Documents / Purchase order in order.
- Perform all relevant procedures & practices as defined in the quality system are implemented in the tendering & contract department.
- Responsible for prepare document as per ISO requirement.
- To prepare department Report for department HOD presentation during Monthly Management Meeting.
- To involve in Quarterly Health & Safety Inspection / Quarterly Health & Safety Meeting, take action to reduce Quality / Health & Safety Issue.
- To gather information & Data of department & prepare department report for HOD to attend Monthly Management Meeting.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Utilities Services or relevant fields.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for Utility Services.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is add advantage.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
