Petiteserie was established since 2014 as a wholesale bakery with the aim to provide the best croissants and cakes to the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe) segment. After years of experience in production, we are now on expansion to grow our retail presence and will be establishing our new flagship bakery & cafe in Petaling Jaya. Hence, we are looking for dedicated and a energetic team to join us In an establishment like ours, we believe in helping each individual to reach their maximum potential, identifying their strengths and weaknesses and giving an environment where you can grow and never to limit yourself.

**Job Description**:

- Interact with customers, respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues
- Able to have good selling skills to upsell to customers
- Keep areas clean and organised
- Maintain inventory level
- Assist with food prep, light cooking, packing and making beverages
- Serve food to customers

Job Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Friendly and have a positive attitude
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have experience in making coffee and beverages will be an added advantage
- Experience in F&B preferred

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
