Overview:

- To responsible for the establishing and implementing of Environment,Health and Safety (EHS) programs at the Factory and leading the EHS Department, reporting to the EHS Superior.
- To responsible to develop a passion for EHS in the operations team and reviews performance - setting targets for continuous improvement.
- To be responsible to liased within internal group of company related to EHS and to drives culture change/reinforcement of good safety cultures, creating the forums and opportunities to involve and communicate with stakeholders

Main Accountabilities
- To develop a world class safety standard SHE team and manage the performance and communication goal, expectations and direction for the safety team,
- To collaborate with site management team to drive the Safety agenda
- To coordinates the generation and routine maintenance/scheduled project or review risk assessment and safe including.
- To work under a direction towards pre-determine goal, and objectives in the area of safety,health, and environment, review annual safety matrics,
- Manage the safety committee, organised monthly safety commitee meeting to discuss all safety and health related matter at the work place
- Develop, implement and maintain safety, health and environment program, to ensure compliance with the local laws, regulations, related to employees at the company, Areas may include safety, health & environment, first aid and injuries, fire prevention plan, ie: to cordinate, and implement program to reduce or eliminate occupational injury,illness,death, and property damages arising from unsafe act or/and unsafe condition.
- To organise and carry out work place safety inspection and to take appropriate corrective action on unsafe installation & work practices at the work place and prepare accurate and concise report along with recommendation to the management
- Management of Safety Health and environment sampling, monitoring, record keeping,
- Oversee the process for reviewing and approved use of chemicals, safety equipment, including safety storage inventory tracking, regulatory reporting, disposal, and shipping.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of regulatory and industry standard requirement,best practices, communicate with management, all department, corporate EHS, legal representative, regarding specific SHE related issue
- Lead the safety team to evaluate safety risk,and environmental impact related to job
- actiivity, product,and equipment,and perform risk analysis Via risk assessment.
- Appraise condition which could produce accident, and evaluate potential extent injury resulting from accident, recommend reasonably practicable measures eliminate or minimize any foreseeable accidents.
- Promote SHE activities to ensure implementation on site and SHE program throughout the organization.
- Able to lead effectively in emergency situation

Requirement
- Midst of completing Bachelor Degree in in Engineering : Safety, environmetal, Chemical,or Industrial
- Duration of internship : 6 months
- Risk Management & Compliance: _Proficiently conduct risk assessments, manage chemical safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and industry standards._
- Data Analysis & Reporting: _Manage SHE sampling and monitoring processes, maintain accurate records, and prepare concise reports with actionable recommendations for management._
- Program Development & Implementation: _Develop and maintain comprehensive safety, health, and environment programs to reduce workplace hazards and prevent incidents._
