To conduct tool box meeting and safety induction for new staff. - Designs methods for appraising safety conditions in warehouses, factories, or offices. - To Lead Safety/EHS Committee team to manage all safety & Health related aspects within local regulatory act (OSHA, FMA & DOSH) - To check and approve working condition, hazardous chemicals / substances before installation and disposal - Organize and coordinate company Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team (ERT) - Conducting regular inspection, accident/incident investigations, hazard identifications, risk assessments, risk control measures and follow-ups on the Job Safety Analysis - Efficiently and effectively monitor and update the Register of Corrective Action Request (CAR) on a regular basis - Liaise with relevant authorities such as DOSH, DOE< BOMBA, Local Authority to ensure that any ESH matter is attended to and resolved promptly and prudently agencies on HSE issues - Conduct safety awareness programs or training to all level employees from time to time - Inspects working conditions to ensure all products and activities are compliant with safety guidelines. - Oversees use of dangerous chemicals and machinery. - Suggests revisions to production methods and employee activity that does not meet health and safety codes. - Recalls defective and unsafe products and machinery. - Orders safety gear and supplies for workplace. - Stays up to date on new state and federal health and safety regulations. - Runs emergency drills to gauge employee readiness. - Consults with company manager regarding the implementation of new safety procedures. - Addresses any workplace-related health issues and accidents. - Processes workers compensation documentation. - Works with legal department to address any health and safety-related lawsuits. - Develop HSE Planning Program - Develop Tender for HSE Division - Writes up reports detailing inspection process - Writes and revises company safety handbook. - Ensure all Safety Passport is Update all time - Ensure Medical Staff is updating all time - To update & monitor all relevant passports of employees (International / Offshore) - To update & monitor employees training/certificate/pass/work permit as required by client. - To assist overall operations & maintenance team to do assessment for safety & health related matters (e.g.: EHS Trainings, safety equipment maintenance, company safety rules & regulation implementation) - To assist operation team if shortage manpower upon approval General Manager. - To assist HR/Admin if required.
