As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, adjusting the machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product. You may also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
- Loading raw materials into the CNC machine.
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
- Keep the machine clean and maintaining.
- Training new staff in machine operation procedures.
- Undertake other roles & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of working experience in CNC machining
- Extensive experience with computer modeling software, MASTERCAM / SOLIDWORKS.
- CNC 4-axis, 5-axis & horizontal machines’ experience would be an added advantage.
- Excellent in Geometric Dimensioning &Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve machining & process problems that arise.
- Able to design jig & fixture according to the process required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and stick to deadlines.
- Ability to work extra hours when required.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas stakeholders.
- Good in creating SWI “Standard Work Instruction”, Tooling list, Setup Sheet & Process documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
