Memimpin dan mengurus pasukan reka bentuk untuk menghasilkan hasil visual yang menarik dan berkualiti tinggi.
- Membangunkan konsep kreatif dan strategi visual yang selaras dengan objektif pemasaran dan komunikasi klien.
- Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan pemasaran, dan klien untuk memastikan visi kreatif dipenuhi.
- Menyelia keseluruhan proses reka bentuk dari konsep hingga ke pengeluaran akhir.
- Menyediakan dan membentangkan cadangan reka bentuk kepada klien.
- Memastikan kesemua hasil kerja memenuhi piawaian kualiti syarikat dan disiapkan mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.

*Kelayakan:*
- Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Seni Halus, Reka Bentuk Grafik, atau bidang yang berkaitan.
- Minimum 3-4 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan yang sama dalam industri kreatif atau agensi pengiklanan.
- Kemahiran kepimpinan yang kuat dengan kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan membimbing pasukan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan tarikh akhir yang ketat.
- Mahir dalam perisian reka bentuk seperti Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang trend semasa dalam reka bentuk dan pengiklanan.
- Portfolio kerja yang mantap yang menunjukkan pelbagai projek dan kemampuan kreatif.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
