**About the Position**:

- Position : Clinic Assistant
- Working Hours : 9am-4pm and 2pm-9pm (rotations)

**Job Scope**:

- **Patient Management**:

- Register patients and ensure the information in the system is accurate.
- Manage patient appointment schedules.
- Provide basic explanations to patients regarding treatment procedures or medications prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist patients who require physical help, such as the elderly or disabled.

**Assistance to Doctors**:

- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and provide equipment or medications during treatment.
- Ensure all treatment rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.

**Record and Documentation Management**:

- Safeguard and keep patient medical records confidential.
- Update medical supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Manage daily and monthly reports related to clinic operations.

**Pharmacy Management (if required)**:

- Handle medications at the pharmacy counter.
- Provide basic instructions to patients on how to use medications (based on the doctor’s instructions).

**General Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including the registration counter and waiting area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and message and responding to patient inquiries.
- Adhere to clinic safety and cleanliness standards.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay (RM14/hour)

**Experience**:

- Clinic Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (required)
- English (preferred)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
