**Job Title: Freight Coordinator**

**Location**: Klang
**Department**: Logistics / Freight Operations

**Job Overview**:
The Freight Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of cargo via sea, air, and land freight. This role involves handling shipment documentation, liaising with carriers and customers, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and supporting smooth logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Shipment Coordination & Execution**
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air, and trucking.
- Ensure timely booking of shipments with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

**2. Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Customs Forms, Delivery Orders, etc.).
- Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with customs agents and port authorities when required.

**3. Communication & Liaison**
- Act as a point of contact between customers, transporters, and internal teams.
- Provide shipment updates to customers and resolve any transport-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and trucking teams to arrange smooth cargo handling.

**4. Freight Cost & Billing**
- Verify and process freight invoices for accuracy before submission to the Finance team.
- Coordinate with vendors on freight rates and service agreements.

**5. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution**
- Identify potential delays or transport issues and take corrective actions.
- Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot shipment discrepancies.

**6. Other Responsibilities**
- Maintain freight records and update shipment status in company systems.
- Support logistics operations with any additional tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain roles. (Fresh graduates with strong interest in logistics may be considered.)
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs clearance process.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
