**Job Overview**: A highly motivated individual to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones. The responsibilities include sourcing goods, materials, and services at competitive prices and to be a team player in tender paperwork and submissions. To develop and maintain digital library of goods catalogues and brochures. You are to maintain and update the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations. You are also required to assist in day-to-day administrative tasks in the office upkeep and maintenance. To be a successful Junior Project Coordinator & Admin, you should be organised and able to work with the relevant departments to ensure information and paperwork are accurate and updated.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Daily checking of e-Perolehan (Govt Electronic Procurement System) for new tender invitations.
- Coordinate with project team and provide all general administrative supports.
- Assist in keeping track of project status and billing milestones for all contracts (e.g., projects, maintenance & etc.). Filling of all project documentation
- Responsible in preparing and compiling all documents and workings necessary to raise billing request in system. Subsequently, to liaise closely with Finance department to ensure all billings are generated and sent to customer on a timely basis every month.
- Key-in project details (e.g., project creation, contract info, resources booking, cost budgeting, billing milestone, project timeline and etc.) into system, and monitor the project code and its expiry. Co-ordinate the following Project Travel Request
- Create Purchase Request & Purchase Order in system for project related purchases.
- Ad-hoc assignments and other administrative tasks as required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate i.e Microsoft Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Having experience in ePerolehan / Government Tender is an advantage.
- Independent and manage to work under mínimal supervision.
- Ability and willing to multitask with sense of job prioritization

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

- Monday to Friday
