**PROJECT ADMIN**

**Job Scope**:

- Project administrator for the IT related projects involved.
- Assisting Project Manager on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare minutes of meeting and reports.
- General administration work on the project operations.
- Handle document filing and update filing index.
- Attend all meetings involving the projects.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Understanding of Application Development and IT project life-cycle is an added advantage.
- Handling tender preparation as and when requested by the Management.
- Handle all other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum less than 1 year working experience can be considered.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Can start immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
