About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Executive / Project Admin to join our Property Development team. You will play a key role in supporting project documentation, coordination, and communication between departments, consultants, and authorities — ensuring the smooth running of our development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the project/development team.
- Prepare and maintain project documents, correspondences, reports, and filing systems.
- Track authority submissions and approvals (DBKL, MBPJ, BOMBA, TNB, Syabas, etc.).
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal departments on project matters.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Communicate with Property Management PIC during handover and post-VP stages.
- Assist with tender, quotation, and procurement documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Development, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in a property development or construction environment.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
