What You'll Do:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining project folders and documentation.
- Help prepare KPI reports for project tracking.
- Support training logistics, including printing materials and issuing e-certificates.
- Issue invoices, follow up on payments, and prepare payment status reports.
- Liaise with consultants and customers on payment matters.
- Perform general admin tasks related to consultancy and training support.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Administration, or a relevant field.
- Strong communication, people management, and emotional intelligence skills; self-motivated and proactive.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Own transport is required.
