Admin & Operations Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin & Operations Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as document preparation, record keeping, office correspondence.
  • Support procurement and purchasing, including sourcing and liaising with vendors
  • Assist e-commerce and sales teams on administrative tasks
  • Basic maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Workspace) and office management systems.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Required language: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
