**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when assisting customers, even in challenging situations.
- Resolve and communicate with drivers promptly and satisfactorily regarding Trace2 system issues as they occur.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding specific requests or unresolved issues.
- Act as a liaison between drivers, customers, and the sales team.
- Work with the Operations Manager and IT Department to devise solutions for more effective and efficient scheduling.
- Collaborate with the Scheduling team to address issues and enhance the quality of service schedules. Optimize routes, manage route actions, and ensure route completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or team member for further assistance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in customer interactions and service standards.
- Carry out tasks that contribute to the smooth daily operation, including filing, scanning documents, checking daily schedules, and generating reports.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
