The DNA of **ACIUM** is authentic and radiates vibrancy, personality, and style. **We Are Looking for a Retail Supervisor for our store in Nu Sentral** **C O M P E T E N C I E S**: - **Leadership**:Able to guide, train, schedule and motivate a sales team effectively. - **Communication**:Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. - **Results-driven**:Focused on setting, tracking and achieving sales targets. - **Problem-solving**:Able to handle operational challenges promptly. - **Inventory & Visual Presentation**: Proficient in stock control, replenishment, store organization and merchandising standards. - **Organizational Skills**:Capable of managing staff rosters, operational priorities, and sales performance. - **Commitment & Proactivity**: Reliable, responsible, and initiative-driven to improve store operations. **R E Q U I R E M E N T S**: - **Working hours**:Must be available for flexible shopping mall hours, including weekends and Public Holidays. - **Retail management experience**:Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands. - **Education**:Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree preferred. - **Customer service mindset**:Strong ability to engage customers and resolve their inquiries. - **Language**:English and Bahasa Malaysia (mandatory); Mandarin or Tamil (preferred). **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Work Location: In person
