**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performing administrative tasks, tender documents, and managing correspondence.
- Producing reports, presentations, documents, letters or memos
- Managing internal and external correspondence efficiently and effectively
- Assisting director to handle works, requests and queries appropriately
- Working on specific projects assigned by director
- Build good relationships and service existing and prospective clients
- Manage social media platforms/ website and increase brand awareness/ engagement
- Handle & maintain highly confidential information
- Willing to work hard, promote company, and respond after working hours
- Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company
- Any ad-hoc tasks including article writing, ISO audit preparation, etc., that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time

**COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good in both written and spoken English and Malay
- Possess driving license and able to drive
- In-depth knowledge of employment act, specifications, standards, and codes
- Good follower, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Be adaptable and work independently coupled with good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals
- Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities
- Able to perform under pressure, deliver tasks on time & work outstation
- Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic
- Attendance/ Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
