**ADMIN**
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Strong command of written and spoken English is essential for communication and documentation purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Maintain office supplies for department
