Assistant Admin Manager

**Job Scope**
- Oversee daily office and factory administration, facilities, and utilities.
- Supervise a small team of clerks and officers, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Liaise with government authorities on licensing, submissions, and compliance.
- Manage insurance, road tax, and related renewals.
- Support payroll and recruitment functions within the admin team.
- Assist with new warehouse projects, expansion plans, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in administration.
- Experience with licensing and project submissions is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 5 years (preferred)
