**General**:

- Perform project management activities in conjunction with the End-Customer representative and the various entities and providers.
- Work as part of Client's Asia Pacific Project Management team to deliver all projects within scope, schedule and budget
**High-level Scope of Work**:

- Manage the day to day relationship with the End-Customer for project activities
- Drive local project activities to deliver the services to the End-Customer locations
- Together with Client, help the business growth of End-Customer
- Support the End-Customer to improve their scheduling, planning and monitoring capabilities, in order to avoid last minute project changes and rescheduling
- Ensure that the End-Customer is familiar with the processes that have been agreed between the Customer and the End-Customer
- Interface with the Client's relevant function in support of its back office delivery organization
**Key Activities**:

- Lead / participate weekly End-Customer meetings to review project status and plan next activities
- Manage regular project reviews with the third party suppliers and Client internal teams
- Coordinate the activities between all stakeholders (End-Customer, Client's back office organization)
- Lead migration and service activation activities during schedule maintenance windows, as per the migration procedures
- Report on the progress of the planned activities, foreseen risks and issues, new dependencies and constraints.
- Manage escalations to the third party suppliers' management when required
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for project execution of the planned activities and achievement of the project deadlines (migrations, service activations)
- Ensure full alignment between all key stakeholders in Client and End-Customer
- Manage the interface between Client and the End-Customer in a positive way
- Provide guidance and work supervision for other Client's engineering and technical personnel as required by projects
- Liaise with the End-Customer, and the respective Client's designated personnel for project inputs and regularly report to the Client's Asia Pacific Project Management Office (PMO)
- Manage Client's third party suppliers, in line with of the Client governance
- Other ad hoc projects on request for time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
