**Job Objectives**:
To be part of production SQL Server database administrator support in 24x7 manufacturing environment. The role will require strong database administration knowledge integrating company’s practicing technologies coupled with best practices and new technologies to manage the environment to always be at it’s best performance.

1. Perform the daily database administrator task to monitor and ensure stable performance of the (database, data replication, and backup). Develop monitoring and auto-correct tool where necessary.

3. Data retention management by performing purging and managing the archived data.

4. Expected to be involved in continuous improvement projects like database upgrade and migration, database consolidation and improvement projects to improve the productivity through cost or time saving e.g reduce downtime during disaster, performance improvement.

5. The job will require close collaboration with multiple teams and at time supporting multiple projects at one time.

6. Responsible to support the factory after office hours if required and expected to work on system maintenance during certain major public holidays when factory shutdown.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
