Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Assisting clients and visitors in finding their way around the office.
- Preparing welcome signage as necessary.
- Serving tea/coffee/drinks as applicable.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and minutes of meeting.
- Managing meeting and training rooms.
- Managing office inventory such as office equipment and cleaning tools.
- Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers.
- Assisting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and termination processes.
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception and lobby area.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative/HR duties.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirement
- Min SPM or higher.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and fax machine).
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to converse and write in English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Avid understanding of front desk operations.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
