Business Development Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement key strategies to ensure building of company reputation among the industries
- Ensure receipt of payment from customer
- To comply of the said departmental SOP
- To increase sales volume from existing customer
- To build up new customer network
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- To conduct quarterly milestone review of strategy and target as and when needed
- Ensure consistency high RFQ response time and follow up
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, business or marketing field.
- Experience in sales and marketing preferable in manufacturing operation.
- Strong communication skills, good presentation skill and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
