To check and confirm all the incoming inquiries is related to the business nature or scope of work.
- To coordinate with Contract Executive and Managing Director to determine the priority of tender / quotation.
- To make sure all tender and quotation to be completed 2 days earlier before the due date.
- To prepare the tender and quotation replied letter based on the draft and information provided.
- To make sure the replied letter to be submitted on time by hand.
- To prepare and fill up the transfer form for Contract Department to transfer opening file to the Project Department. The transfer form must contain all important information captured during tendering stage.
- To keep track and follow up for the unsuccessful tender / quotation submission with tender bond or tender deposit or documentation fees.
- To open file after quotation successful and awarded.
- To answer incoming calls and inquiries.
- To prepare all the tender/project information for the tender interview and when its done to be documented.
- To do filing as per the date 10th of every month(7th In-One file) & normal filing system daily.
- Ad-hoc tasks and unseen tasks from management from time to time.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as per assigned by the management from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
