**Overall Job Objectives**:
To assist the Finance Team, in operating the foundation set of financial operations.
- Support the day to day operations of Finance Department
- Prepare and manage all financial reports and packages including but not limited to AP/AR, Cashflow, monthly/quarterly/annual closing, taxation, forecasts and projections
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and tax agents, company secretary
- Ensure finance operations and the operations internal controls are conducted in line with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and manage intercompany transactions
- Manage accuracy and timeliness of financial reports
- Approve invoices and payment vouchers
- Monitor and advise the Management on opportunities and changes in financial matters
- Corporate administrative support
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, ACCA or CPA
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Singapore’s regulatory processes
- Good Excel skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside the organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
