**Job description**

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. You will work collaboratively with various departments to analyze financial data, make recommendations, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating and updating spreadsheets of monthly cashflow forecast.
- Assist to prepare daily finance duties, such as prepare payment and update received payment, etc.
- Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and posted into system.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Reviewing and processing reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Process and record monthly invoices.
- Payments follow up with clients.
- Complete any ad hoc task as per instructed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
