Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and financial supervision under the guidance of the Group Finance Center.
  • Maintain general ledger, sub-ledgers, and accounts reconciliation, including AR/AP.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, analyses, and statements for submission to Group Finance.
  • Assist in cost control, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
  • Manage taxation matters in compliance with Malaysian regulations, including tax filings, refund applications, annual tax clearance, and etc.
  • Support external audits, annual reporting, and liaise with banks, tax authorities, and regulators.
  • Handle payroll, reimbursements, and daily financial disbursements.
  • Perform other ad hoc financial duties as assigned.
  • Career Path: Finance Executive → Finance Supervisor → Finance Manager → Finance Director → Executive Office Manager → Executive Assistant to General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience in Malaysia. Familiar with tax law, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software, Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high integrity.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
