Accounts & Finance Executive (Salary up to RM10,000)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor | Full-Time Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the organization's finance and accounting functions. This role involves overseeing reporting, project financing, compliance, and supporting internal operations. It offers hands-on exposure to the property development industry with excellent career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting

· Handle invoices, bills, receipts, and staff claims

· Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow updates

· Manage billings, collections, and tenant accounts

Finance & Project Financing

· Plan and monitor cash flow and loan facilities (bridging loans, term loans, LC, BG)

· Liaise with bankers on loan applications, disbursements, and approvals

· Prepare financial performance reports and analysis

Compliance & Liaison

· Work with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on audits, tax matters, and annual filings

· Liaise with government and local authorities for statutory reporting

Internal & Administrative Support

· Coordinate with HR, purchasing, technical, and project departments

· Maintain company documents and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

· Mandatory: Experience in the property development industry

· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

· Hands-on experience in full set of accounts or partial accounts

· Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount) is an advantage

· Minimum 4 years experience in property industry

· Strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of accounting principles

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for banking, government, or property-related errands

Salary & Benefits

· Salary: Up to RM10,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
