**Tanggungjawab**:

- Memastikan operasi harian pasaraya berjalan lancar, termasuk pengurusan stok, kebersihan, dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
- Mengawasi dan memberi bimbingan kepada staf pasaraya untuk memastikan prestasi kerja yang optimum.
- Melaksanakan kawalan kualiti dan memastikan semua prosedur dipatuhi dengan teliti.
- Menyelesaikan isu pelanggan dengan pantas dan profesional.
- Menguruskan laporan jualan dan mencapai sasaran jualan yang ditetapkan.

**Kelayakan**:

- Minimum SPM atau setaraf.
- Memiliki pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dalam bidang pengurusan atau sebagai penyelia di sektor runcit.
- Kemahiran kepimpinan yang kukuh serta mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran yang pantas.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja secara berpasukan.
- Keupayaan untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan efisien.

**Faedah**:

- Gaji basic: RM 2300 + elaun kehadiran + OT
- Uniform syarikat

Pay: RM2,300.00 per month
